The site is here to be read and explored. These are the few boundaries that matter while the house is still being made.

The direction is real; details can move.
Fragrance descriptions, bottle and packaging studies, release details and the future reading room may evolve. Where something is not final, the site identifies it as a direction, study or plan.
- 02 · No transaction
Reading does not become an order.
There is no price, checkout, payment, order or reservation here. Nothing on this site is an offer for sale. Joining Letters from 8°S requests correspondence only; it does not reserve a bottle, sample, invitation or priority access. Information you provide is handled under the privacy notice.
- 03 · House material
Share the doorway; credit the work.
You are welcome to read the site and share links to it. Beyond uses allowed by law, Benjawi names, marks, original writing, photography and design may not be republished, adapted or used commercially without permission.
- 04 · Archive material
A credit is part of the record.
Maps, botanical plates and referenced works carry their own source and rights status. Benjawi does not claim exclusive rights in credited public-domain or third-party material. Follow the credit attached to each record.
A transaction changes the terms.
A retail site must let a customer understand who they are buying from, what they will receive and what happens afterwards. This pre-launch site does not yet create that relationship.

- The responsible legal entity, business address, direct contact and governing jurisdiction.

- Final name, concentration, volume, specifications and any ingredients and safety information required for sale.
- Order
- Price, currency, taxes, availability, payment and the point at which an order is accepted.
- Aftercare
- Delivery regions, timing and cost; cancellations and returns; complaints, remedies and applicable consumer rights.
Historical and scent writing on this site is editorial and introductory rather than an exhaustive record. Sources are named so the reading can continue beyond Benjawi. The date above records the current version of this notice.
